Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 5 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Lime (New York, NY) en dic 2021

      Entrevista

7- step process, facilitated by the recruiter throughout: 1) Initially, had a 30 minute call with a Lime internal recruiter. They had a structured format, with some information about Lime and the position, then questions for me (more specific than you would typically expect from a recruiter), and then the last 10 minutes was a Q&A. I was given a salary range they see me fitting into without me asking, which was definitely good to know and super helpful in deciding if I wanted to proceed. Nowhere else I interviewed did that. They also outlined all the steps in the process up front. It was nice to have a finish line in mind. 2) Zoom call with hiring manager, 30 minutes. They were very friendly and had a similar structure to the initial call. What was nice was that the questions asked of me clearly built on the feedback provided by the recruiter. It saved time avoiding redundancies. 3-5) Three 30-minute calls with Lime employees I would work most closely with, but would not manage me and I would not manage them. I gave availability to the recruiter and each happened on a different day. Similar structure here as well; also appreciated that the team members clearly formed their questions based on information I'd provided to previous interviewers. 6) 30-minute interview with the CPO. At this point, it was apparent I was one of the final candidates as it was largely a session where they told me how I would interact with them, what their position means for the company, and lots of time for me to ask questions. By now, pretty much everything had been answered for me, so we actually ended early. 7) Met my hiring-manager in-person for a casual chat about Lime and life. It was definitely the final "is this person sane and presentable in-person" check. We met at a shared workspace for about an hour. I received an offer that week, about 3 days later. What really stood out to me was the recruiter checked in frequently to hear how I was doing, what I thought about each of the interviewers, and double checked I was still interested. It was a great feeling knowing they realized I am also interviewing them and they valued my expertise. Also, each interviewer personally replied to my thank you emails. Everyone was friendly, and they each sent me an email once I accepted telling me how excited they were for me to join. This was the longest, but best and most organized interview experience I've had in my career.

      Preguntas de entrevista [1]

      Pregunta 1

How do I tackle localizing a global brand? What was a project I'm very proud of? What was a project I handled that didn't turn out well, and how did I remedy the situation? What does a typical week at my current position look like?
