I had spoken originally with Natalie a few months before this role was posted. I was interested in the company, but at the time there were no open roles that fit my skills & experience. Lightspeed's job ads have a "we'd like to hear from you regardless" at the bottom, so I went ahead and applied for a role that wasn't really a good fit not really knowing what to expect. I spoke with Natalie and fronted up straight away. Natalie was great, was genuinely interested in hearing from me and then we kept in touch after. When the right role came up, the interview process was 3 parts - another screener with Natalie, a video call interview with the sales team lead and then an in-person interview and presentation in the lovely London Bridge office. Everyone I've met so far has been very friendly, attentive, and responsive to any queries I've had along the way. Excited to join the team soon!
