I experienced the interview process as very positive. In two rounds I got to meet the manager and employees that are in the same role. This gave me a round picture of both the company and the specific role. The entire process was mediated by their internal recruitment team where I had a specific contact person. As I had multiple interviews running, Lightspeed did their best to accelerate the process so that I has the time to make an informed decision.
