What pleased me the most about this entire process is how surprisingly well-organised and efficient it was and how quickly it passed by – not to mention the level of friendliness I got to experience in every step of the way.
It started with a simple phone call, where I was asked whether I'd be interested in this job. I was very flattered to be called for a position like this – a position that interested and intrigued me very much. The following interviews only increased that feeling, even though they felt more like friendly and engaging conversations. We talked about past experiences, future ambitions and present expectations, but there was a truly human touch to what otherwise would often be a formal and nervous formality. Aside from professional capacities and skills, I got the impression that everyone really wanted to get to know me, which is a very pleasant feeling to experience during an interview.
