I had 3 interviews with this company: one general phone screening that lightly went over my experience as an initial qualifier. Then I had call with my reporting manager and team lead– discussing my personality and going over situational questions I may face on the job. Last interview was a one-on-one with the Talent Partner from the first call; going back over my experience in more detail.
