Sit down interview with the Owner at his house. He asked about team work experience, some basic questions about lifeguarding prinicipals and qualifications. Then gave information about how the hiring process works.

Management confirmed Lifeguard certification and overall work ethic. Very reasonable and comforting. Very basic questions about job specifics and overall lifeguard responsibilities. Not too much to test on, positive work ethic and vigilance will give you a good chance of securing the job position.
