Initial phone screening for basic technical capabilities and experience, once passed, had full 30 minute interview with Project Manager which got more into my experience, phases of eDiscovery experiece, review tool experience, client contact experience, etc. Discussed the companies office, culture, ennvironments, work-life balance, etc. There were no true odd-ball questions, most of it was pretty straight-forward.
