The interview process was totally unprofessional. The team contacted my references and requested information from them before my first interview (really disrespectful of their time and my precious resource). I was asked to complete a data analysis task which took several hours. The team asked no questions and provided no feedback about the presentation during the interview. I was informed that I was "not a fit" shortly after the interview. I requested feedback about this, and never heard back.
