Easy interview process, hiring manager/team lead is very friendly and patient, but they left out some key information prior to hiring. After application, they took two weeks to respond, had the interview, took them another two weeks, onboarding took almost 4 weeks, training 3-4 weeks then assessment.

an interview with 3 rounds: HR, direct manager, CEO; HR asked something about my background, manager introduced more about the position itself, CEO was always on business trip, not in Beijing, actually he did not interview me at all but just reviewed my resume and feedback from other interviewers
