I was brought into a room and sat across from two men, my manager to be and his manager. They asked me questions. I answered. I Discussed a time I had trouble getting along with a boss and how I managed it. Which did not seem to answer their question so they asked me again, so I gave a different story. Again it did not seem to answer his question so they asked me again in a slightly different way so I asked for them to tell me what they wanted from me specifically and they made themselves a little clearer. I then answered in a manner they approved. In total I gave them three different examples on how I deal with confrontation, clashing personalities and just plain bad bosses. I gave a list of my strengths and weaknesses and explained each of them. I Told them what I believed the reason to be for working is. I told them I wanted to work there because their culture seemed great. I told them about the time I worked on set. I was honest with them and told them that if theyre looking for a videographer I am not that person, I am an editor and I offered to give them references.
