Open house with on site interviews. Group/panel interview with hr, training officer and another person. Basically hired on the spot. The interview process was slow tho. Had us get there at 8am didnt get interviewed till 2pm

Did online app. Got a call the same day. Got invited to interview the same week. Was hired on the spot. Next steps was PAT, Physical/Drug Screening, new hire orientation, then field training for 3 days. Process was smooth everyone was nice
