Too many rounds with a ridiculous way of evaluating potential employees. For the presentation in the last round they ask you to prepare a proposal and if you don’t do it the way they like you’re out. The process is way too long, responses are always late and I received a rejection after the 4 interviews with the hilarious reason of ‘we only accept PhDs for the position’… really? Thanks for making me waste my time and not checking my CV beforehand

The interview process included three parts- one on one interview asking simple logic questions, and one-on-one for personality fit. The third interview I was asked to prepare a presentation about a topic in advance and present to several people. The process was fairly quick.
