Technical interview with the hiring director. The person I met with is definitely very technical and puts the bar up in terms of expectations and learning potential. Strongly recommend to come prepared as he will push you to the boundaries of your technical knowledge. I consider myself a strong developer and I still managed to be schooled during the interview.
