I received an email to setup a phone screening for 6/30/25 for a Patient Coordinator position. On 6/30/25 I received a call for the phone screen, the recruiter asked me a couple of questions and then we set the interview time for 7/3 at 9:00am. She told me once I received the email to confirm, which I did and she also copied two of the Supervisors on that email. Well, on 7/3 I get to my interview at 8:45am only to be told that one of the Supervisor's copied on the email was out on vacation. But, the girl at the front desk never said anything about the other supervisor. And, I did mention both supervisor's name when I arrived. The girl at the front desk said she called her supervisor and left a message on her voicemail. I was disappointed because instead of the front desk associate coming to tell me that the supervisor was out, somebody else should have came to talk to me. Before, she told me any information clearly when she went to the back office someone told her what to say or do. A manager/supervisor should have come out and talked with me or better yet, the recruiter should have been aware that one of the supervisors were out on vacation. Guess what, I have yet to receive an email from either of the managers who were copied on the email.
