Super efficient, thorough, and all my questions were answered quickly. I meant with a recruiter first and then two members from the regional team I would be hired to. First interview occurred via phone, second via Video chat

It’s fairly easy and stress free. You initially meet with the practice development director to talk about the credentialing, onboarding process and compensation. Then you get scheduled to speak to the clinical director and if it’s a good fit, you move forward from there.

Someone immediately emailed to set up a 15-minute phone interview, then passed to a 30-minute virtual interview. They emailed the pay structure, and it seemed like a recipe for burnout, so I took a pass.
