Video interview with no other party on the other end. Very strange to answer questions and have it flow like a normal interview. Made the process a bit awkward for me.

It was a total of three interviews. The first was a video interview. Here you had a list of questions that you answer on camera and send the video. The second two interviews were in person where you got to know more people each time.
