Asked about work history and how my experiences apply to the job.
Process was smooth and simple. Asked questions on why you want to be an EMT, what you can bring to the company, your EMT history, and they offered me a position after the first interview.
The main person interviewing you is pretty transparent about their business practices and actively works with you to make sure you have everything you need to begin your job. He also has connections to different medical experts in LA county so he can connect you to people.

It was a very straightforward interview, they asked a few questions regarding the ability to handle stress, but overall, it was easy, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a job.
