I received a phone call literally 2 hours after I applied. She asked me about myself and what level my cert was. Then she asked if I had a clean driving record and if I had any criminal history. That was the extent of the "interview". She told me NOVA region pay and scheduled me for orientation. It took less than 3 hours from applying to get hired by this company. Massive red flag.
