      The interview process with Life360 was exceptionally well-organized and positive from start to finish.       Tell me about a time you managed a complex, cross-functional program with competing priorities. How did you align teams and keep it on track? Describe a situation where you had to handle conflicting priorities across product, engineering, security, and other functions. What was your approach? Give an example of when you had to rebaseline or reset a program timeline due to external factors or leadership decisions. What was the outcome? Tell me about a time you had to manage or influence difficult stakeholders (e.g., resistant teams, executives with conflicting views). How did you achieve alignment? Tell me about a time you resolved a conflict or disagreement between teams (e.g., engineering vs. product, or cross-functional teams). Describe a situation where you had to partner with engineering on technical decisions or tradeoffs, even when there was pushback or disagreement. Give an example of when you influenced or convinced a team/function to adopt a new approach or change direction. Tell me about a time you took initiative or agency on something outside your core scope (e.g., proactively leading a workstream or building a tool/process) Tell me about a time a project didn't go as planned (e.g., missed deadline, scope change, or failure). What happened, and what did you learn? Describe a situation where you had to deliver difficult news (e.g., delays, overruns) to senior stakeholders. How did you handle it?
