Getting in for an interview is hard. It is better to go in person and hand them a resume than it is to apply online. First two are interviews with the Child Care Department Head. First is phone and basic. The second is in person. The final interview is with the GM of that location. This one was an interview with another applicant. You are required to know the Mission Statement and recite or write it down at that interview. They then proceed with background checks and "auditions".

A few questions about childcare experience and managing conflict at work. They also asked about managing interactions with clients and customer service. The questions were fairly easy and relaxed. Not really that much to say about the interview process. It was pretty easy, but I did have an advantage, seeing that a friend was already working there and put in a good word for me.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback We’re glad the interview felt relaxed, though we’re always looking for ways to make the experience more engaging and informative for candidates. Your insight helps us continue improving how we connect with and evaluate talent. We appreciate you taking the time to share!

I was asked the basic questions all lifetime members get asked. It has to do with their mission statement. For each quality in their mission statement, they ask you a question on how you exemplify that quality.

It was a quick and easy interview. The interviewer talked me through the job and asked me some basic questions. We spoke more on the casual side and had a friendly conversation. Good experience.
