Rather laid-back interview process, considering the size of the corporation. Friendly recruiter did a phone interview and asked the expected questions about my experience. Company culture seemed to value fitness and health; the people I saw were attractive and fit. Office seemed like beige cubeland. The only lunch option was the club cafe across the treeless parking lot.

If you were competing in any sort of competition, what sort would you be sure to win?
It was a friendly interview, things seemed to be going well until Recruiting decided to ghost me. Apparently they don't like people who follow-up and are over 50 years old.

Tell me a little bit about yourself and what you are looking for in a position?
Recruiter scheduled a time for a phone interview and then didn’t call me when they said they would. Attempted to reschedule with them, but they didn’t call or email me back. Not a great experience or positive impression of the organization.
