4 step interview process, started off with a phone interview, then in person with the business manager, then a hands on skill set demonstration interview with the new employee manager, then a final interview with the general manager.

What makes you think that you would be a perfect candidate for this position?
Multiple step interviews that include meeting in person for one on one, being observed doing a training sessions based on given factors, and meeting staff. Once accepted, there is a week long group training session to attend.

Entrevista
First interview went over pay structure, how sessions work, hours, how to obtain clients, how commission works with products and selling. Was super informative and transparent. I have my practical interview next week so will update how that goes.
