I had initially worked in the post as a volunteer, retaining my salary for a juniour post of admission clerk. I later moved back to my old position of admission clerk after 5 months. The post was advertised internally after six months of my leaving, however they had already hired an intern in my place after leaving the cash officer post for my juniour post of admission clerk. We were neck in neck the intern and I but due to my educational background and doing better in the interview, I was the preferred candidate.
