Two words. Intentional and Intense Be prepared to dive deep. Initial phone call, followed by 3 video interviews, then a 2 day global hiring event. My journey was long as everyone hired goes to the hiring event, it depends on where you land in the cycle. The overarching sentiment is that the interviewers truly care about you as a person. They ask tough questions not to trip you up but as an opportunity to clarify how you fit into LC and how LC fits for you.

The interview process starts with video calls, an assessment, and a debrief. All of this occurs BEFORE the main interview event. The Global event is where you get the offer or don't. It is set up similarly to a speed dating scenario. You move to different tables with different interviewers asking various questions. You have limited time to provide your answers before breaking and heading to the next table. You then dismiss for some time and start a more traditional interview in an office with several staff pastors.
