interviews were fine. Took HR almost a month to get background checks back. Four days before I was suppose to start orientation HR called me saying that I needed one more reference or I couldn't come to work. This was also at Christmas so she gave me one day to call back with it before the office closed. I should have know then I shouldn't work there.

Toured facility. Straightforward scenario styled questions. Easy interview. Received phone call on a Thursday. Interviewed on a Monday. Beautiful grounds. Organized odor free facility. 170 beds four wings. 12 hr shifts.
