I went thru 2 arounds of phone screen and 1 round of in person. Aside from the standard recruitment questions (first round), work experience (2nd round hiring manager), and behavioral questions, they also give you a assignment.

It consists of 2 questions, one is a thought exercise where you design research based on info they give you (standard monadic design), and then the second is a case study where you have to create a deck based on info/data.
