Applied online, took a while for a response but set up interview in person with Store Manager. Very relaxed, built rapport. Gave me info on store and personal history with company. 2nd interview gets scheduled with District Manager.. after that wait for input from 1st manager. Got offered position 2 days after 2nd interview.
