A lot of questions they pay very little and expect a whole lot. Uniform is pretty strict and the interview process is very basic. They are pretty motivating but the demographic of customers they bring in is terrible and rude never had a good customer experience.
2 interviews, one with another store manager in the district and the district manager. Very laid back. I just demonstrated that I am a dependable employee and I think that stood out.

One face to face five minute interview, where they asked no questions about your history or any personal. It felt like they didn’t care about “you” they just wanted to make sure that you could change to “one of them”

It was average. Be professional. Be prepared before you go into the interview. You are representing the company in the long run if you get hired so prep your responses and be confident when you answer them
