A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn for an initial discussion about the role. The first stage involved a technical test, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager at their office. During the interview, it became clear that the company had significant IT challenges and general issues with Germany. I felt as applied for a Product Manager position or commerce insight manager than data science manager , I asked some tough questions that made them uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I never received any feedback. It seems they have been struggling to fill the role for years, which made the entire process feel like a waste of time.
