After the online application, I received a WhatsApp message from HR to arrange the phone interview. 1. Phone interview from HR 2. Interview with the department head 3. German test The whole interview didn't last more than a month.
A language test with a single interview round with behavioral questions. Senior and managers are patient, sincere and nice. No tough questions and interrogations at all. Interview lasts for about 90 mins.
