There is some test when you apply which is tricky and after that you going to Phone interview and then face to face interview with area manager oe store manager
The Lidl interview went smoothly. A few questions were challenging, but the manager was supportive and clear about expectations. Overall, it felt positive and I’m hopeful about the outcome moving forward.

Interview was good went well easy to talk ti people. The store was good size and the staff were nice. The staff were friendly and helpful and polite. It was good
