Face to face interview with the Store Manager and Area Manager. Besides the casual introduction and general questions like why would you like to work here and why did you choose Lidl, this included a scenario exercise.

The interview process was professional and well structured, with clear communication throughout. The interviewer explained the role, responsibilities, and expectations. Questions were relevant and focused. Overall, the discussion was respectful and informative, providing a clear understanding of the position and the company’s working environment.

Fairly straightforward interview. They only asked my five questions, around my personality in working environment and previous experience. I didn't have retail experience but worked in cafe which was similar enough.
