Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Lidl
Entrevista
I was emailed and asked to call a number for a phone interview. Asked very typical interview questions and ended with me being invited to an in-person interview less than a week later. Phone interviewer told me what to expect.
In-person interviewer was with the general manager, and another manager.
On the phone, I had been told the interview would be partially in person, and partially a shop floor walk where I identify good things and bad things, but once I was sat in the office they said they weren't going to do the shop walk for COVID reasons.
Interview lasted 10 minutes and mostly had questions like "We're really looking for someone who can specialise, like in our bakery or middle of lidl. Do you think you can do this?"
Told how many candidates were being interviewed, and how much roles they were looking to fill. Also told what to expect going forward.

You may be expected to start work at 5am, are you able to do this?
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
