Assessment centre featuring an interview , presentation and a role play. Fairly standard in relation to every day management and customer service. Well organised process and cannot fault the recruitment team and process.

One phone application and in person interview followed by an offer 24 hours later which I have accepted. Quick process. Would recommend as there was not many stages

First basic interview over the phone from an agent and then direct interview at the warehouse.
it was a very friendly interview. i was preparing for 2 days with all the info about Lidl but nothing was asked at this stage.
