Came in and was asked some questions by two managers. They then sent me to the shop floor where I had to complete a task which involved noting down all the good and bad things about the store. I was then sent back down to the office and asked to explain my points. They also asked some scenario based questions. I found the process to be quite unprofessional, the manager had the audacity to have an attitude when I asked questions about the staff turnover, which I asked due to the fact that I always see the same vacancy for that store, appearing and disappearing. This store needs to get their act together, they are pathetic. I also get the feeling that they overwork their employees after he explained the job role and I think that is why the vacancy keeps coming and going. I had no intention to work there after I left the interview.
