2 rounds of interviews with 2 senior managers, then a final with Regional Manager.
Questions are straight forward they are purely looking for attitude and whether you can be moulded to the Lidl way.

[Moving an object from the edge of the table to the centre]
"If you ask an employee to do this, and he only does this"
[Move object half way]
"What would you say?" "What has happened and how do you prevent it from happening again?"
Overall ok process. The HR team is disjointed and unresponsive, but the leadership positions hiring are knowledgeable. I feel like I understood the role and was interested in learning more.

Applied for the role and then was invited to do the video portion of seven questions. And that’s were it ended... no follow up ... no response to email... nothing.... I certainly understand that they may have had a candidate already in the pipeline or an internal but who would know since there was no follow up or response to email? Be kind Human resource teams, reach out even if to let you down or decline the next steps but do the common decent thing and communicate.
