Friendly, informative interview process at Lidl warehouse distribution centre. Great slide presentation, drink provided, made to feel relaxed. Small maths test is quite easy. Two-man interview not too intimidating. Was informed via email in advance and given clear instructions on location and process. Also had good feedback on why i wasn't chosen. Nice company.
