Entrevista
It was a group assessment day (10am-.2pm approx). Arrived early and was shown to a board room to sit down and wait for the rest of the candidates to arrive, drinks and snacks were readily available. There were 12 candidates in total including myself, we had to briefly introduce ourselves, where we were from, our current occupation, why we choose Lidl etc; all rather relaxed and informal. Then we were given an in-depth power point presentation on the company its self. Then on to a group presentation. 3-minute presentation based around the store walk we were asked to complete before attending. Lastly, we had a very short interview/chat; where we were asked such questions as: Do you still want to work here? What's your current salary? are you prepared to work hard and long shifts?. All in all, it was a very positive experience, even though I failed the assessment day.

Very friendly environment and helpful employees. They made me feel very welcome and they were open to talk about all the details of the job. Even if I didn't get hired in the end, the process was very pleasant and I would re-apply given the opportunity.

Direct questions on experience, short interview conversational. The person who was taking the interview was friendly and approachable. Had time to ask questions which was helpful. Straight forward and positive experience
