I had multiple interviews which were very informative. The company was very forth coming about what they need from the role and challenges faced in the past. After being told I would have a final interview they sent me a generic rejection email saying they were not proceeding with my application. When I asked about the abrupt switch they said that they do not provide feedback. A more personalized approach acknowledging the sudden pivot would have been appreciated.
