I only got through to the first interview. At the time they were going through a merger with SourcePass, I requested a wfh or hybrid option because the job was +30 miles away. They didn't have a wfh/hybrid option unfortunately. However, they said that could change after the merger. The interviewers were extremely kind and really grilled me on my resume. I truly felt they did their homework on my resume and past experience. Which tells me this is a company that does go above and beyond. It felt they were really trying to see where I fit in the company. And due to the distance, they did not proceed further with me. Which I understand because I was very clear and forward with intentions going into the interview regarding the commute.
