Successful completion of Liberty Tax School. No formal interview process, but they look at your performance during the school, your communication and customer service skills. Just show that you want to learn, capable of learning and have work ethics.
An interview is a question-and-answer session where one person asks questions, and the other person answers those questions. It can be a one-on-one, two-way conversation, or there can be more than one interviewer and more than one participant.
Very Informal, the owner sat with me and invtied me to take a performace exam. Right after that I was offered the position. Downfall is that they wanted me to start right away

Entrevista
There is a Tax Preparer class each October and another Rapid Class in January. If you attend and pass the class the onboarding process is simple and seamless. The interview is based on your activity and participation in the class as well as your desire to work with them and availability hours.
