They will pull your application/resume and then they will give you a call to offer position if selected through interview process. Then they will schedule a interview. Once at interview, you will be asked several questions just as any other company does during their interview process. If they feel you are a good fit for position, they will make an offer. If you accept you could start within 2-3 days after interview.
