This was such a poor experience. I was an out of state candidate who traveled from Virginia to the Plano, TX location to interview because I believed in this company. From the very beginning I had issues with the recruiters. I was asked to provided three dates and times that a recruiter should contact me for a phone interview and I didn’t hear anything back. I emailed the women who reached out to me to follow up she told the times I selected were not available. (How was I supposed to know if she didn’t have the courtesy to reply?) She provided me with the best time that the recruiter could contact me. We agreed to a set time. The recruiter’s phone call was about 20 minutes late and she was very casual during the phone interview. (Almost too casual as if we were friends) I was asked to come in for a face to face interview I explained my reservations about the cost coming from VA to TX to interview however; I decided to take the chance. I reserved plane tickets and a rental and received a CONFIRMATION EMAIL from the recruiter for the interview date only to be asked a week later if I could move up the interview date. I advised that I couldn’t and that I already paid for air fare and a rental. I was told by the recruiter that she would follow up with me in a day to see if I could still interview on the original date agreed upon. I had to follow up because I did not receive a call...When the interview date arrived I was sure to be there 30 minutes early. The interview was scheduled for 1:30. The receptionist advised me and the other interviewee that she let management know we were their however, management did not come to get us until about 3:00 PM. This is beyond unprofessional this shows there is a lack of respect for others time. In the interview the supervisors confused me and the other candidate and I also found out that the class I was TOLD I would be in that began in April was full and that I would have to begin in May. I was also told that my schedule would be 9-5 however, in the interview my schedule would be 12-9. I would never suggest that anyone interview for this location. It was absolutely horrible from the recruiter to the in person interview.

Initial phone screen - and a video interview with two managers. Phone screen was approximately 20 minutes. Video interview was about 40 minutes. The interview questions were standard for a customer service role.

Was taken in a room and explained about the position and company. Then 2 managers came in wanted me to explain my resume as it related to the position. Was then given a scenario sheet to read and rate my response 1-3. 1 being the one you'd most likely pick, 3 being the least likely then was asked behavioral questions. Etc really didnt care for the experience. Was sent a generic email saying they were going on with other candidates who matched the skills. I think i dodged a bullet working for this company. God has better in store for me so its a relief.

Filled out an online application and had to do an assessment that took about 30 minutes. Time consuming but did receive an email to set up a phone interview a few days later. Phone interview was about 30 minutes. Just went over my resume, the job and asked a few behavioral questions. Set up an in person interview the next day. In person interview was with 2 managers. Really went into my resume. Like asking a lot of why did you do this and why did you do that type questions. Sensed a lot of judgement and didn't felt more interrogative than conversational. Then I they gave me a paper with a scenario and 3 responses. Had to rank them and explain why I chose what I chose. Then did a few behavioral questions. This lasted about 45 minutes. Then they took me to another room with another manager along with another candidate that was interviewing at the same time. We watched a short 15 minute video on the company and a person taking a call to get an idea of what the job would be like. Then the manager took us for a short tour and then back to our interview rooms to interview with another manager. This was shorter interview. Had to do another scenario just like the first one. Asked a few behavioral questions and that was it. I couldn't get a read on her and the first two interviewers I thought I definitely didn't get the job. However, 5 days later I got a call from the recruiter with an offer and started my background check, which cleared 3 days later.
