I had a recruiter reach out to me on a Sunday, and gave me a week long of dates to schedule a phone screen. I had the phone screen and was told by the recruiter I would hear back in 24-48 hours by email or phone. I waited a week, sent an email to the recruiter, and 2 days later I finally got the automated "we have decided to move forward" blah blah blah email. Which is totally fine, this would be my first remote sales job, I wasn't expecting anything from it. It was just the lack of professionalism, and communication that's put me off on the company.
