I met a representative at a school career fair long before the position I was interested in was open. Once it opened up, I applied online and was contacted by a hiring manager about 1 month later. We scheduled a phone but I did not receive a phone call at the time of our interview. We had to reschedule once I finally got a hold of them after the weekend.
