You have a few rounds of interviews. First, a phone interview with recruiter, if you pass you must take and pass an assessment test. Next, an interview with hiring manager in which you must complete a cold call list to evaluate your sales techniques. Last an interview with the hiring manager and area manager in which you have to create a powerpoint presentation and try to sell their Affinity Partnership program. It was very extensive.
