Long interview process. 1st interview on campus mostly behavioral questions, second interview in Seattle/Boston office. About 6 hours long with behavioral questions and a math/business case with different people. Also included a job shadow and lunch with management and other analysts. Questions consisted of typical work with team questions and name a time when... questions. Also a lot of questions regarding ability to work with technical software and programs such as SAS, SQL, Excel, etc.
