1.Phone Interview- you ask the questions
2. In-person Interview- rigorous 1.5 hr interview with Sales Manager
3. Shadowing- a meeting with another sales rep- tier 2, informal interview and sales call practice
4. Final Interview with Sales Leader

You will be selling exclusively to people that you know personally from your community. This was not something that I was prepared to hear going into the interview. If this is something that you are comfortable with, this job is a good option for you!
