There was a phone interview and then they followed up by zoom interview with 2 staff members. They asked a variety of questions about my past experience. About 2 weeks later they emailed with an offer

I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter. Then I came in the office for an in-person interview with a team supervisor and manager. The third step was a quick phone interview with one of the area managers.
