I applied through our school, got a phone interview, then I was scheduled to meet with the manager at their office. It was a 1:1 interview, he told me there would be another interview afterwards, could either be phone or on-site depending on my location. but unfortunately I didn't pass the 1:1 interview, they were only hiring on person for the postion.

The interview was pretty normal and included situational questions based on my resume. The interviewers were particularly interested in my working habits, ability to work in isolation, and my knowledge level of the professional activities of this position.
